🔴 Shower Steamer: Awakening (40g)
These floral topped steamers contain organic Grapefruit, Bergamot and Lemon essential oils.
Key Benefits: Grapefruit helps to balance mood, decrease blood pressure, and relieve stress, whilst bergamot has the ability to reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol levels, and increase positive mood. Finally the lemon essential oil works to fight exhaustion, helps with depression and defend the body against harmful pathogens and promotes detoxification.

Let your shower build up steam. Then place a steamer on the floor of your shower but ensure the steamer is away from the water stream. This means it’ll avoid being directly hit by the powerful flow of water and therefore not dissolve as quickly! The steamer will fizz and bubble whilst releasing its essential oils and allowing you to enjoy the aroma. DO NOT USE AS A BATH BOMB.
