Refund & Returns Policy

Please note our returns policy is strictly 14 days from the date you receive your order for a refund or exchange on unworn and unused goods. 

Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy, unless by extenuating circumstances. Your 14 day return policy begins on the date you receive your order.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons), food or perishable items, sale or discounted items (unless faulty or damaged in transit).

General Returns

Items Bought Online 

You have 14 days from date of purchase to refund or exchange your order. 

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason the item you have received is faulty, damaged, you were sent the wrong item, or you have simply changed your mind, please send it back to us within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund, exchange or Gift Card.

We will only refund the return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged or you were sent the wrong item. Unfortunately we do not supply prepaid refund labels. 

The item must be unworn/unused, with price and labels attached (*excludes gifts) and in the original packaging. It must be 'shelf ready' so we can resell it immediately. Any product with damaged or incomplete packaging will not be refunded. 

  1. Let us know that you wish to return an item by emailing us at hello@justcanny..co.uk within 14 days of delivery quoting your order number. Please do not send an item back to us without contacting us first. 

  2. Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in it's original, unused condition. 

  3. Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as Just Canny does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. 

  4. Once we receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days. 

  5. Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.  

Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of perishable items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), or any item that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely situation that your order arrives and there is a fault with it, please email us at hello@justcanny.co.uk within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss next steps on a case by case basis. Please note we unfortunately do not offer postage refunds on returned items. 

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Damaged faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.
