Shipping Information
Currently, justcanny.co.uk can only ship within the UK.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, if your order is received by 12pm, unless notified otherwise. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
You will receive an email notification when you order has been posted.
UK Parcels - Shipping Options
All parcels will be shipped by Royal Mail, you can choose which method at the checkout. We use 48hr tracked for all parcels, and 1st class for all greeting cards. Our delivery charges include the services of Royal Mail and any packaging materials used.
Shipping prices will be automatically determined by parcel weight/size. Weights will be combined with multiple items.
Free Click and Collect - Local Pick Up
You can avoid the shipping fees with free click and collect local pickup at our Whitley Bay shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Local Delivery in the Whitley Bay and Monkseaton Area
We offer a local delivery service within the Whitley Bay NE26 and Monkseaton NE25 postcode area, but please note you can not request a specific time. If you are not home to receive your delivery, please provide us with details of a safe place we can leave your order. If you did not provide any safe place details, your order will be returned to the shop. We will put a card through your door to let you know we either left your order in the specified safe place or we tried to delivered but you were not home. You will need to email us at hello@justcanny.co.uk to let us know if you will collect your order from the shop or if you want us to re-delivery.
Postage Disclaimer
We make every effort to carefully, safely and securely wrap every single order we post out to our customers, with all fragile items clearly marked ‘fragile’, all flat prints clearly marked ‘do not bend’.
Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge the same shipping cost for the item to be redelivered.
We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order.
We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond out control, such as fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
In the event that there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@justcanny.co.uk with your order number and any photos. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
